Sobre Xi'an Qinhan New City Villa Disseny d'Interiors Residencial

Xi'an Qinhan New City Villa és un disseny d'interiors residencial per a una casa de quatre plantes. El concepte de disseny és la prosperitat de la dinastia Tang. L'estructura original es va ajustar per afegir un entresòl al soterrani. El soterrani resultant, de dos nivells, alberga les zones d'oci i entreteniment de la família. A la primera planta, el menjador i la sala d'estar estan envoltats per un pati en forma de U, formant dos espais separats. La segona planta es destina al descans, amb un dormitori principal dotat d'un cert sentit de ritualitat. Els elements tradicionals s'abstreuen en patrons sobre mampares, poms i ornaments metàl·lics.

Propietats Úniques: The original building is a four-story villa. After several times of discussion, the designers optimized the original structure that the basement has a mezzanine. Therefore, the two-story basement is used for family's leisure and entertainment space.
On 1F, the dining and living room is enclosed by U-shaped courtyard, presenting a spatial layout of two separate spaces. The second floor is mainly used as rest area. The design emphasizes the layout of master bedroom, which has a sense of ritual.

Tecnologia de Producció: The spacious horizontal space has a reception room and an open study area. Stone floor and beige wood veneer wall set the tone of the overall space. Magnificent architectural complex is processed aesthetically into an abstract painting on the wall that shows the royal lordliness of the ancient imperial capital. Moreover, other traditional elements are abstracted into patterns on screen, handles and metal ornaments.
Repte de Disseny: There are two challenges during the construction process. Firstly, since the living and dining room connects the courtyard, a reasonable layout is needed to ensure that different views of the courtyard can be seen at different angles in the interior. Secondly, as the basement has a 7-meter-high space to be designed and the stair space is steep and shallow, the design team created a mezzanine as the transition space between 1F and the basement.

Inspiració: As the starting point of the Silk Road, Xi'an boasts abundant historical and cultural resources and the most particular spirit.
As Xi'an has a profound historical and cultural background, the designers considered how to get it involved in the project well. After further understanding the history, the design concept became clear - the prosperity of Tang Dynasty. Maybe it could better express Xi'an's prosperous past.

A central void is maintained between the mezzanine. And in the rest area, a screen functions as partition, showing a classic and quiet charm. On 1F, the dining and living room is enclosed by U-shaped courtyard, presenting a spatial layout of two separate spaces. The second floor is mainly used as rest area.
