The layout includes a double height living room, integrated living dining kitchen zone, entrance garden, sunken lounge, games room, bedrooms, walk in closet, and children's room. Architectural features include custom built floor to ceiling windows, cantilevered stone benches, concealed lighting systems, layered ceiling structures, and humidity balanced materials.
