"جن آند تشوان" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي لمطعم يقع في قلب منطقة هونغتشياو الشرقية بمدينة شنغهاي في الصين. تمتد المساحة الإجمالية للمشروع على 2000 متر مربع، وتضم عشر قاعات طعام خاصة تتسع لمئتي شخص. يمزج التصميم بين الطراز السويسري العالمي المعاصر وفن الخزف المستوحى من مدينة جينغدتشن. وقد صُنعت القطع الخزفية المخصصة يدويًا في جينغدتشن وحُرقت عند درجة حرارة 1400، ما يجعل كل قطعة فريدة من نوعها. ويستلهم التصميم الداخلي ثقافة "باشو" والمطبخ السيشواني، ويجمع بين هذا الإرث الغذائي وثقافة الويسكي. أُنجز التصميم في عام 2022.

- “Gin and Chuan”restaurant project is located in the center of Shanghai East Hongqiao. It connects many business circles such as Tianshan Hongqiao and Gubei, and its geographical location is unique. Relying on the Great Hongqiao Hub, “Gin and Chuan”Restaurant has superimposed the dual empowerment of Hongqiao Central Business District and Changning District. This is bound to become the new top class.
