"بينهاي سيكوند سَب" هو مركز لقياس البصر يقع في مدينة تيانجين. تمتد المساحة الداخلية على 373 مترًا مربعًا وتجمع بين العناصر الطبية والتجارية والفنية. تتميز الواجهة بشكل بسيط مع تدرجات لونية ديناميكية. وقد جرى دمج الأقواس المقتضبة مع التوزيع الداخلي لتشكيل الفراغ. ويستفيد مسار الحركة الواضح استفادة كاملة من المساحة المحدودة. يضم الطابق الثاني مركز الفحص، حيث يخلق التصميم الممتد أجواءً هادئة ومنفتحة. تشمل المواد المستخدمة الخشب والأسقف المعدنية والنباتات الخضراء والزجاج النانوي الكهربائي وأرائك جلدية مصممة خصيصًا.
