"وان هنغتشين-خليج ماكاو" هو مركز مبيعات يقع في الطابق الثالث والأربعين من مبنى هوافا هنغتشين الدولي للتمويل في مدينة تشوهاي، وهو برج يبلغ ارتفاعه 339 مترًا، وتمتد مساحته الداخلية على 1000 متر مربع. ينطلق التصميم من مفهومي الغيوم والمد المتصاعد، ويؤطر مشاهد البحر والسماء خارج النوافذ. تشكّل الخطوط المعدنية الجدران، بينما يكسو الأرضيات رخام مرصّع عالي النقاء. ويستوعب التوزيع الداخلي ثلاث حالات استخدام: التواصل والاستراحة والعمل. ويُستقدَم الضوء الطبيعي والظلال إلى الداخل لتشكيل تجربة غامرة.
