關於 Super Tomato and Endless 辦公室室內設計

《Super Tomato and Endless》係一個佔地350平方米嘅辦公室室內設計項目。設計將「家」嘅概念帶入職場，令工作同生活喺同一個空間入面融合為一。由於原本嘅樓層高度得4.4米，設計團隊特意做咗一個深一米嘅下沉區域，形成一個夾層，令下層有兩層樓咁高嘅空間感。工作區、接待區、廚房同會議區分佈喺兩個樓層之間，冇用生硬嘅間隔牆分開，令空間流通自然。接待枱以白色人造石打造，配以鏡面底座，加上玻璃門引入自然光線，令成個空間顯得通透明亮。

獨特屬性: By breaking through the conventional design for workplace, the designers added the idea of "home" into the design so that work is to integrate with life in the space.
Since the original floor height is only 4.4m, the designers utilized a one-mete-high sunken space to make a mezzanine, hence maximizing the use of the whole space. By taking advantage of floor height, functional divisions for working, kitchen and conference, etc. are well arranged in the two-storey space without rigid partitions.

生產技術: The reception table at the entrance is made of white artificial stone, forming a sharp contrast with the self-leveling floor. The mirror-finish base of the reception table makes the table seem like floating in the air. Glass doors are largely used in reception area, the textures of which resemble running water. Thus, the interior space enjoys sufficient natural lights, thereby creating a bright and airy environment with a simple and clean layout.
設計挑戰: The biggest challenge is that as the original floor height is not high enough, a one-meter-high sunken space is created to make the first floor enjoy a two-story height.
研究: Since the original floor height is only 4.4m, the designers utilized a one-meter-high sunken space to make a mezzanine, hence maximizing the use of the whole space. By taking advantage of floor height, functional divisions for working, reception, kitchen and conference, etc. are well arranged in the two-storey space without rigid partitions.
靈感: What do employees want to get from the space?What makes the workplace comfortable and pleasant? How to convey the company's values and belief in the interior design language? What will work look like in the future? And what do designers want? Those questions are needed to be considered and answered in the design.
