設計挑戰: Houses near the sea must tackle humidity's impact on living spaces. This includes damp proofing ceilings and walls to prevent moisture issues and managing indoor humidity effectively. The air conditioning layout should ensure proper placement of supply and return vents. Materials close to windows need sun protection to minimize heat gain, while ocean-reflecting tones and lighting should enhance the indoor atmosphere. Lastly, material choices and design should harmonize with the surrounding environment for a cohesive experience.
