關於 Catom 猫毛梳、除毛滾輪

Catom係一款多功能貓毛梳，將脫毛梳同除毛滾輪合二為一。上半部分係一個梳，用嚟喺換毛季節清除鬆脫嘅貓毛。側邊有個開關可以旋轉梳齒，頂部嘅按鈕可以將收集到嘅毛髮釋放出嚟。下半部分係一個除毛滾輪，用嚟清除散落同黏住嘅貓毛。梳尾嘅扣子可以將兩部分固定埋一齊，唔用嘅時候可以掛起。機身用磨砂表面嘅塑膠製造，帶子就用尼龍製成。

This design combines the functions of a cat comb and a lint roller in an integrated form, providing a new design concept for pet hair removal products.

生產技術: For the comfort of the product, the product body is made of plastic with a skin-friendly frosted surface, and the tail sling is made of nylon.
設計挑戰: The challenge started with the uncertainty of how to ensure the functionality of the product and its aesthetics at the same time. After a certain number of sketches, discussions and experiments with our project, we finally found the right choice to achieve the desired result.
研究: During the shedding season, pet cats will experience hair loss and require regular removal of loose hair. Through research on the process of pet owners cleaning their pets' loose hair, they usually use a shedding brush to remove the main loose hair, and then use a lint roller to remove any remaining cat hair on the cat's body. Therefore, cat owners often have both a cat comb and a lint roller, which are frequently used and complement each other, leading to the design of this product.

項目時長: The project started in July 2022 in Yifeeling Design Studio and finished in February 2023 in 425 Design Studio in Nanchang University.
操作流程: The top of the product is a cat hair comb, which can remove a lot of floating hair from the cat during the hair changing season, when using, you need to take it off, toggle the side switch to rotate the comb, the floating hair will remain at the bottom of the comb, then press the button at the top of the comb to remove the cat hair. The lower part of the product is a hair roller, which can remove the cat hair that is scattered and stuck. After use, the cat hair brush can be fixed on the main body of the roller with the snap at the end of the brush, so it can be hung when not in use.
