關於 Citystars Heliopolis 混合用途零售綜合體
Citystars Heliopolis係埃及一個混合用途零售綜合體，於2004年首次開幕。呢個綜合體目前正進行翻新工程，總樓面面積達250,000平方米。翻新工程以一個整合方式，涵蓋建築、室內設計、照明、導向標識、園林景觀同可持續發展等多個範疇。整個建築共八層，橫跨一個城市街區。彎曲嘅外形設計靈感源自尼羅河嘅水流。四個中庭分別命名為Orion、Eclipse、Solaris同Starport，塑造出建築嘅室內空間格局。遮陽結構、湖泊、樹木同綠化種植有助於為場地降溫。

- 獨特屬性
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- 靈感
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
