關於 Dragon 餐廳室內設計

「龍」係一間位於北京一座金融科技辦公大樓內嘅餐廳室內空間。設計佔地2500平方米，以自然元素為基礎，追求一種寧靜嘅氛圍。其中一個主要挑戰，係八成嘅用餐空間位處地下，完全接收唔到自然光。因此，設計以人工模擬自然。運用數碼技術，以澆築混凝土打造出瀑布同水池，仲有銅製小鴨彷彿喺水面暢泳。私人用餐房間則令人聯想起山谷嘅形態，結合植物同季節變化，並以模擬光線襯托呢啲封閉空間。

獨特屬性: The Dragon Restaurant is located in the Financial Tech office building. A relaxing restaurant atmosphere with natural elements is sought. One of challenges is that 80% of the dining space is located underground and therefore there is no natural light. There is a balance between Financial Tech and nature.

靈感: Nature is simulated: one by casting a "waterfall" and "pool" via digital tech. Some copper ducklings even "swim" on this cast installation. Because of the long cold winters, outdoor-waterscapes are not suitable in Beijing, but people love water features. Another simulation is to imitate the shape of a valley and various plants and different seasons in the private dining rooms which are without windows and natural light.
