Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: constructed using eco-friendly materials like recycled concrete and low-carbon steel, the villa reflects a commitment to sustainability. Locally sourced ceramics are used for the façade, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. The building incorporates smart climate control systems and passive solar design for energy efficiency. The landscape is designed with native plants to promote biodiversity and conserve water. The design process leveraged AI technology to optimize material choices and spatial configurations for maximum environmental performance.
Inselele Yokudweba: The primary challenge was integrating traditional Persian architectural elements with modern energy-efficient systems. Balancing ornamental features with sustainability required extensive research and iterative design processes. AI tools were crucial in testing and refining the design, helping to overcome obstacles related to material choices and climate adaptation.
