I-AD House yindlu yomndeni owodwa etholakala eTeresina, eBrazil, isifunda esinesimo sezulu esifudumele kakhulu. Le ndlu inikeza isikhala sokwakhiwa esingamamitha ayisikwele angu-495 endaweni engamamitha ayisikwele angu-814. Isitezi sangaphansi sinekhishi, igalaji, amakamelo okuhlala nokudlela kanye nepatiyo, kanti amakamelo okulala akwisitezi sokuqala. Isikhala somphakathi sokuhlangana nokuphumula sitholakala esiqongweni sophahla. Izindonga zenziwe ngezitini zebumba, isakhiwo senziwe ngokhonkolo kanti uphahla lwenziwe ngamathayela e-aluminium anezimpawu ze-thermo-acoustic. Amakhrini ezinkuni ezishisiwe kanye nezikhala eziluhlaza ezihlanganisiwe zinciphisa ukushisa ngaphakathi.

Abawinile beNsimbi babonisa ikhono elikhulu, ubungcweti obuphezulu, ukuqonda kochwepheshe namandla okudala abadali babo. AD House Indlu Yomndeni Owodwa ilindeleke ukuba ibe yinto exatshwa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo esebenzayo nenezinto ezintsha. Lo mklamo owinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award uhlanganisa izindlela ezinhle kakhulu zemboni futhi unezimfanelo zobuchwepheshe ezifanelekile ezihlanganiswe nolwazi nethalente. Izici Ezihlukile: The projects consists of a 495 sqm of constructed space. Located in Teresina, Brazil, a very warm region, the house protects its residents of the heat integrating green spaces within the house. The grounf floors consists of a kitchen, garage, living and dining rooms, patio and other dependencies. The first floor is the privative space where is located the bedrooms. The rooftop consists of a communal space where residents can gather and relax.
Izilinganiso Nokupakisha: The house is located on a 33m x 33m x 38m x 13m site. It has 495 sqm of constructed space on a 814sqm site

Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: The walls were made using ceramic bricks, the structure was made using concrete and the roof was made using thermo-acoustic aluminum tiles. The brise soleils were made using a japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban which consist of burning wood to better preserve it.
Inselele Yokudweba: The structure of the house was the most complicated part, since there is a swimming pool on the second floor which can be viewed from the ground floor. The entire house is constructed on concrete pillars. Charred wood was also used by design choice since it can preserve wood for a very long period.
Ucwaningo: The entire house was designed by Flavio Franco. The design process took about one month to complete. The architect wanted to design a house that incorporate a lot of green spaces and it has a swimming pool floating above the ground floor. The finished result is a house that blends in the landscape and it looks very light.
Ugqozi: The main inspiration for this house was the surrounding landscape, since the site is located on the highest part of the location. One of the design principles was to use this so the residents could have the best views available in the region. The house is integrated with nature and its surroundings using light materials and transparencies.
Ubude Bephrojekthi: Planning started in 2018 and construction took place in 2021 in Teresina, Brazil
Ukuhamba Kokusebenza: The house blends in the landscape which is achieved using lots of green space and glass along the facade.
