Umbhalo Wencwadi: I-Embroidery Collection iqoqo lezihlalo ezinamashadi namatafula ezindaweni zokuhlala. Leli qoqo lihlanganisa isofa yesihlalo esingasinye, isofa yezihlalo ezimbili, itafula lekhofi netafula elincane. Ukuthungwa ngesandla okubizwa ngokuthi "smocking", indlela ethathwe emkhakheni wezimfashini, iqoqa indwangu ibe amaphinifa futhi yakhe izici ezinamaphethini phezu kwamashadi. Lo mumo we-smocking uthatha isikhundla sendlela yokudonsa amaziko okwake kusetshenziswa ekwenzeni izihlalo ngendlela yesintu. Indwangu nesikhumba kuhlanganiswa kuwo wonke umsebenzi. Inhloso ukwethula ubuciko bokwenza amashadi ngendlela entsha yokubukwa.

- The embroidery collection was inspired by the need to present the craftsmanship of sofa upholstery in a new way of the furniture industry. The craftsmanship in the original sofa uses the technique of pulling the hub to show the details of the craft. From this idea, we would like to apply handicraft techniques in other ways. By join in the work by choosing techniques from fabric work like smocking crafts.

- We inspired from if we want to create craftsmanship on a sofa in a new perspective, how we can create so we choose techniques from fabric work like smocking crafts that require both techniques talent, and delicacy by using sewing techniques, gently pick up the pleats and sew. To create bas-reliefs into various patterns. we used this smocking technique instead of the original hub pulling technique which creates a pattern and details that are different from the original form of the sofa.
