I-Atma iyisakhiwo sezindlu zokuhlala esakhelwe indawo esogwini lolwandle e-Itapema, e-Brazil. Isakhiwo siphakama izitezi ezingu-19 sifinyelele ubude obungamamitha angu-65 futhi siqukethe izindlu zokuhlala zesizini ezingu-39 ngaphakathi kwendawo eyakhiwe engamamitha esikwele angu-6,919.19. Isakhiwo senziwe ngokhonkolo oqinisiwe ngensimbi, kanti ubuso baso buhlanganisa amaphaneli e-parametric namafreyimu kanye nokuphothulwa okusetshenziswe ubuchwepheshe obuphezulu. Uhlelo olusicezu-ntathu ludala ivolumu ye-prismatic ebonakala ishintsha uma ibhekwa emagunjini ahlukene. Izinhlelo zezindlu ezishintshashintshayo zivumela ohlala kuzo ngayinye ukuguqula indawo yangaphakathi ukuze ihambisane nezidingo zomuntu ngamunye.

Atma Isakhiwo Sezindlu Zokuhlala iwinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award, ukwaziswa okuhloniphekile okunikezwa imiklamo emihle ehlangabezana nezidingo zobungcweti nezemboni ezilindelekile ezimpahleni ezihlelwe kahle. Abawinile beNsimbi babonisa ikhono elikhulu, ubungcweti obuphezulu, ukuqonda kochwepheshe namandla okudala abadali babo. Atma Isakhiwo Sezindlu Zokuhlala ilindeleke ukuba ibe yinto exatshwa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo esebenzayo nenezinto ezintsha. Lo mklamo owinile uMklomelo Wensimbi we-A' Design Award uhlanganisa izindlela ezinhle kakhulu zemboni futhi unezimfanelo zobuchwepheshe ezifanelekile ezihlanganiswe nolwazi nethalente. Izici Ezihlukile: On the iconic facade, parametric modulation brings the design in constant motion. This parametric facade reflects the design concept aimed at the new generation. This was the conceptual beginning for the development of the project. The result is an ever changing building where people will always see a different design, thus creating a landmark for the city and for pedestrians, a new icon.
Izilinganiso Nokupakisha: Atma is a project for the construction of apartments for the season, totaling 39 units, 19 floors, 65 meters high and 6.919,19 m2 of built area.
Amathegi: Monolithic, Parametric, Innovation, Concrete structure, Sculpture, Icon, Urban Reference
Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: Basically, Atma is based on the use of reinforced concrete throughout its structure, in contrast to the high technology of the parametric panels on the facade. We bring in this project the high technology of the frames and facade finishes as elements of formal appeal.
Inselele Yokudweba: The research has always been based on contemporary design, where the user is part of the process, even after the construction of the building. We seek in the conceptual bases of the participative design, the premises for the creation of this project, allied in the technological bases and the thought of the relationship of this project with the future.
Ucwaningo: The design research focuses on the use of parameterization technology on the facades, with the aim of transforming the relationship of a residential building into a visual landmark on the beach that will be built. Data collection was carried out through the search for images of similar projects and monolithic design, presenting as a real result in business and society, the direct relationship of users and pedestrians, in and around them, as an icon.
Ugqozi: This project was inspired by the parametric composition of panels that make up the facades, in a prismatic project, with a triangular shaped plant, in a complex shape for a residential building.
Ubude Bephrojekthi: The project started in january 2021 in Itajai and was completed in December 2021 in Itajai, and construction began in January 2022 in the city of Itapema SC, Brazil, with the schedule for completion of the work for November 2024.
Ukuhamba Kokusebenza: Atma allows the user to have apartments in a young and modern condominium, close to the sea, with the characteristics of intelligent units plants that allow changes, according to the needs of each resident.
