关于 Yunnan Lijiang Dongcheng International 展示中心

云南丽江东城国际是位于云南丽江的房地产销售展示中心。室内空间占据原有商业建筑的两层,一层层高6000毫米,二层层高4500毫米。设计以当地少数民族文化为引导,藤材与木饰面经过精心的层叠处理,唤起中式传统居住意象。坡屋顶、室内水榭以及入口大厅的马赛克景观墙为空间增添了浓厚的文化气质。铝格栅的运用则使室内外空间保持通透相连。

独特属性: The project is located in Lijiang, Yunnan province, with sunshine all year round. Most of the residents are ethnic minorities. Regardless of the architectural appearance, the culture has its own unique side. The integration of local culture into the design makes the project have unique characteristics and temperament. The elegant Chinese elements of rattan and wood veneer are carefully stacked, conveying the feeling of ancient and elegant life.
尺寸与包装: This project has two floors. The height of first floor is 6000MM and the second floor is 4500MM.

设计挑战: The challenge is how to design the project to meet the usage needs and aesthetic standards of local customers? As a result, we did a lot of market research on local architectural features and humanistic features, and thinking deeply about the possibilities of the projects.
研究: It is a real estate sales exhibition center, the original building is a commercial building.
灵感: Quoted in: "There are bridges and pines in the mountains, and there are dragons in the river" - "shijing, Zheng Feng, Fusu".
Find the poetry from the poems, then we construct the design by combining the Sichuan style and regional design.
项目周期: The project started in June 10th, 2020 in Yunnan and finished in April 30th, 2021.
操作流程: This exhibition center will be advertised on print media and urban digital media to attract more customers, as well as cooperate with the third parties.
