关于 Azumaen 日本餐厅

这是国家公园湖畔一家餐厅的平面图。包间的卡座造型如鸳鸯，空间如池塘中静静歇息的鸟儿。开放式厨房的柜台和桌脚处还安装了间接照明，营造出如鸳鸯漂浮在池塘中的漂浮感。这个展位的高度呈螺旋状变化，所以当你坐下来的时候，它就变成了一个私人空间。如果你站起来，你就能看到整个事情。

独特属性: It is a plan of a restaurant on the shore of a lake in a national park. The booth in the private room is shaped like a mandarin duck, and the space is like a bird resting its wings quietly in a pond. Indirect lighting is also installed at the counter of the open kitchen and at the feet of the table seats to create a floating feeling like a mandarin duck floating in a pond.

生产技术: Each booth was made of bent structural plywood and finished with a cloth that was glossy with natural light.
The lighting plan of the restaurant has a timer set, and the atmosphere changes from day to night.

It was difficult to make a circular booth whose height changes.
灵感: Various migratory birds visit the lake in front of the restaurant every season. It created the atmosphere of a bird resting its wings on a stage that juts out into the lake.
