We try to ensure that people can exercise reasonably without taking up more space. At the same time, we hope that Vitality can be integrated into the family environment. We hope that Vitality can eliminate the panic caused by the epidemic and bring you a healthy and positive attitude towards life.
研究: Due to the impact of the epidemic, working at home has become the norm in life. We surveyed 500 adults. Among them, 83% have exercise habits, and only 12% have the habit of exercising after the outbreak. The epidemic not only caused people to lack exercise and their resistance gradually declined, but also caused people to panic. Exercise can help us keep fit, and it also produces dopamine, which makes people feel happy. Vitality can help people exercise in the limited space at home.
