关于 Hexa Plus 火盆

Hexa Plus 是一款专为花园与户外空间设计的火盆。六边形造型适合六至十人围火而坐。该设计将火盆、烹饪灶面与可调节两档高度的烤架融为一体。灶面采用10毫米钢板制成，受热均匀且具有良好的蓄热性能。支架可将锅具悬于火焰上方，炉体侧面镂空的标志图案则为燃烧提供进气。可调节支脚确保产品稳固平整。主体由激光切割钢板经折弯、焊接并施以静电喷涂而成。

独特属性: Hexa is a multifunctional garden product that can be used in any season with an innovative design, meant to take the experience of cooking and socializing outdoors to another level. Hexa Plus has the following features: Adjustable grill on 2 heights; Boiler support; 10 mm thick hob for good thermal inertia; Logo cut laterally on the tank - air supply for combustion; Adjustable feet to adjust the stability and adjust the horizontality of the product.

设计挑战: The most difficult part was to be able to homogenize all the functions that the Hexa + firepit currently has and to identify the best option, considering functional and aesthetic features and cost optimization.
研究: The vision was to create a multifunctional and practical product. The material from which the product is used restores the resistance of the product over time, the maintenance or rehabilitation of the product being easy, during use. Another advantage is that it is a perfect material for cooking, evenly heating the surface of the grill, hob, etc.
The tub, which is used for campfires or as a heater on cold days or evenings, is a solution to protect green spaces.
灵感: The concept of this product was inspired by modern design stealth trends, having as main feature the pronounced edges, which gives the product strength, power and masculinity.
The hexagonal shape was chosen as the optimal surface for a number between 6-10 people who can enjoy socializing around a fire or for the outdoor cooking experience, by the side of multifunctional product.
The design of the grill lid is inspired by the shape of a diamond.
项目周期: This project started in November 2019 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
操作流程: The grill is designed to prepare food and is made of 3mm sheet metal and steel, guaranteeing a high resistance over time. The grill holder and the tub are also made of 3 mm sheet metal. The grill pan is made of 10 mm steel sheet. The legs of the grill pan are made of 3 mm thick sheet, protected with paint in the electrostatic field.
The components of the grill pan are: Grill; Support grill; Stove; Bowl; Foot; Adjustable foot; Grill lid.
