Nípa Toma Sofa
Toma jẹ́ sofa tí a ṣe àgbékalẹ̀ rẹ̀ fún àwọn àyè ìgbé ayé. Ìrísí Toma wá láti inú èrò láti fi aṣọ kan ṣoṣo wé gbogbo ibùjókòó náà, gẹ́gẹ́ bí aṣọ crepe. Àbájáde rẹ̀ ni ojú tí ó tẹ̀síwájú láìdáwọ́dúró pẹ̀lú àwọn ìgbì rírọ̀ tí ó gbá ẹni tí ó jókòó mọ́ra. A lo aṣọ tí ó lè nà láti ṣàṣeyọrí ojú tí ó ní ìtẹ̀ dídíjú, èyí tí ó ṣòro láti ṣe. Toma wọ̀n 1580 mm ní ìbú, 950 mm ní ìjìnlẹ̀ àti 850 mm ní gíga. Àgbékalẹ̀ yìí ṣàwárí ìrísí tí ó ní òmìnira jù fún ohun èlò ilé tí ó wọ́pọ̀.

Toma Sofa jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Fàdákà A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ onípọ̀nlé lọ́nà àrà ọ̀tọ̀ tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe ìpele gíga jùlọ tó dára tó sì ń kan ọkàn. Àwọn olùborí Fàdákà jẹ́ àwọn iṣẹ́ tó ń tàn yòò gidigidi tó sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá púpọ̀ tí wọ́n ń ṣàfihàn ìmọ̀ ìjìnlẹ̀, ẹ̀bùn àti ìmọ̀ràn àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Toma Sofa yóò jẹ́ iṣẹ́ àgbàyanu, àpẹẹrẹ rere, ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun jinlẹ̀. - This sofa was born from the act of wrapping it in a single piece.
It has become a unique sofaa with undulations.This project began with the question: could we express the commonplace piece of furniture that is the sofa in a freer form? The idea expanded from the thought that wrapping it in a single piece of fabric, like crepe, might yield an interesting shape, leading us to arrive at this form. - Ìwọ̀n àti Àpò

- Creating the shape of the tertiary surface proved extremely challenging. It was achieved by employing stretch fabric.
- Ìpèníjà Àpèsè
- Expressing the form of the cubic surface and realising it while utilising the engineers' skills proved extremely challenging. Through repeated discussions, we continued to seek the correct solution until completion was achieved.
- Ìmísí

- Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe
- The project started in Apr. 2020 in Tokyo and finished in Jan. 2021 in Tokyo, and was exhibited in Salone del Mobile in June 2022.
- Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- This unique sofa, which adorns the space, envelops those who sit upon it. It promises an experience unlike any other.
