Ìyàrá ti Agbègbè Àwùjọ́sìn náà ní àrà tó bá àrà ilé agbègbè ìlú alákọ́ọ̀bẹ́rẹ́ àwùjọ́ MDM tí wọ́n kọ́ lórí àhoro Warsaw lẹ́yìn ogun. Àwọn àlàyé ohun èlò ilé àti ìlẹ̀kùn tí a ṣe àpẹẹrẹ ní ìbámu pẹ̀lú ọ̀ṣọ́ Pólándì láti ọgọ́rùn-ún 40 àti 50. A ti fi ohun èlò ilé tuntun tí a ṣe pàtó pọ̀ mọ́ èyí tí a túnṣe ní àrà Art Deco. Socialist Distric Apartment Ilé Ìbùgbé jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Irin A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó dára tí wọ́n pàdé àwọn ohun tí iṣẹ́ àti ilé-iṣẹ́ nílò tí a retí láti ọ̀dọ̀ àwọn ẹ̀dá tí a ṣàwòṣe dáradára. Àwọn olùborí Irin ń fi ìjáfáfá ńlá, ìmọ̀ pàtó gíga, òye ògbóǹtarìgì àti agbára ìṣẹ̀dá àwọn olùṣẹ̀dá wọn hàn. A retí pé Socialist Distric Apartment Ilé Ìbùgbé yóò jẹ́ ẹ̀dá tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó wúlò tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. - The flat is located in socialism realism Warsaw district which was built from the beginning on the ruin of the destroyed city. Behind monumental buildings elevation designed by best Polish interwar architects we can find perfect quarters urbanism and too small flats regulated by communism standards.

Waterjet cutted tiles and stones - Ìpèníjà Àpèsè
- It was a challenge to renew 70 years old ruined interior with damaged installations and leaky windows, to make it corresponding to renovated building.
Searching the history and looking for related objects made the designing process more interesting. - Ìwádìí
- I am interested in Polish history. Especially architecture.
It was a great pleasure working with the flat located in a historic building of Warsaw socialist realist district.
The building had been modernized with great attention to detail and maintaining its previous look. Interior design of the apartment was made compatible with the architecture of the entire building, - Ìmísí
- Built in furniture and doors are corresponding to socialist realism details of the districts elevations. Original interwar artdeco furniture have been found and renovated with respect. It seems intended that they were still produced in Poland till the late fifties.
Paintings of famous Polish artists from half of twentieth century are complimented the interior design. Searching the history and looking for related objects made the designing process more interesting. - Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe
- The project started in Nowember 2021. Realization get complited in December 2022.
The apartment is located in the center of Warsaw. - Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- It is not often the case that an architect has a chance to work for someone he understands and truly likes. We both wanted to design a luxurious urban apartment for an active businesswoman.
