Kc Group jẹ́ abẹ́nú ọ́fíìsì tí ó bo agbègbè mítà onígun mẹ́rin 1322.32 ní Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Ìta ilé náà lo àwọ̀ ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ granite àti àwọn ege irin, nígbà tí inú ilé náà so amọ̀ tí ó dàbí kọnkéré tí a fọ́ lójú (fair faced concrete), igi líle, àwọn ege irin, igi tín-tín (wood veneer) àti dígí eérú pọ̀. Àwọn ọ̀nà ìmọ́lẹ̀ gùn láti ìta ilé wọ inú rẹ̀, wọ́n ń fi àmì sí ipa ọ̀nà rírìn kiri, wọ́n pín àwọn agbègbè sí ọ̀tọ̀ọ̀tọ̀, wọ́n sì dá àwọn férémù. Ilẹ̀ ìsàlẹ̀ ní ibi ìdúró àlejò (lobby), àwọn yàrá ọ́fíìsì, yàrá ìpàdé, ilé ìdáná àti bàrà kan, nígbà tí àwọn ilẹ̀ òkè ní àwọn yàrá àwọn òṣìṣẹ́ àti ibi ìpamọ́ nǹkan. Kc Group Ṣíṣe Aṣa Abẹ́nú Ọ́fíìsì jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí gan-an tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó tayọ tí wọ́n yàtọ̀ nípasẹ̀ ìṣẹ̀dá, àrékérekè àti ọgbọ́n inú. Àwọn olùborí Idẹ jẹ́ àwọn ohun èlò tó ní ìjáfáfá gan-an tí wọ́n sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá tó yani lẹ́nu tí wọ́n ń ṣe ẹ̀rí ìrírí gbígbòòrò, ìrònú àti ọgbọ́n àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Kc Group Ṣíṣe Aṣa Abẹ́nú Ọ́fíìsì yóò jẹ́ ohun tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó jẹ́ ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. Àwòṣe tó borí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award yìí ń kó àwọn ọ̀nà tó dára jùlọ nínú iṣẹ́ ọnà, sáyẹ́ǹsì, àwòṣe àti ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ jọ, ó sì tayọ nítorí àfiyèsí rẹ̀ sí àwọn àlàyé kékeré. - Àwọn Ohun Àkànṣe
- For the exterior, colorful granite paints and iron pieces were used, light strips extended from the exterior to the interior, which symbolizes interior traffic flow, divides areas, and creates frames also. For the interior, imitation fair faced concrete, solid wood, and iron pieces were utilized. The modern industrial style with streamline design gives a fresh look and breaks down the traditional office concept.

- Ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ Ìṣelọ́pọ̀
- In order to improve damaged walls and lighting, firstly the team conducted seven processes, such as covering tiles with imported paints, besides, they strengthened waterproofing work to protect old facade, and rearranged plumbing pipes.
- Ìpèníjà Àpèsè
- With cohesive elements, the team added harmonious and serene style to the interior, showing various characteristics of building materials. Furthermore, they created interesting visual effects by dropping shadows on white background.
- Ìwádìí
- In the area between black, grey, and white, the leave blank design and minimal decoration injects calm into the interior, interpreting the concept of human-centered design, reflecting the values of colors, textures, and light and shadow. Making the design simple, the team defined styles through imitation fair-faced concrete, wood veneer, iron piece, and grey mirror and glass elements, maintaining consistency and giving richness to the design.
- Ìmísí
- By using building materials to break through frames, the team made visual impact and imagery with interior design and high tech style. The exterior with imitation fair faced concrete delivers modesty and simplicity. The iron pieces shape geometric lines, with light stripes, the line extends from the exterior to the interior in a L shaped direction, unveiling brand identity, moreover creating an image of the milky way.

- The project finished in June 2021 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
- Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- The ground floor has lobby, office rooms, meeting room, kitchen, and bar; chairman room, supervisor room, staff room, restrooms, and kitchenware area are on the second floor; the third, fourth floor, and fifth floor are arranged as warerooms, restrooms, and engine rooms.
