Larma jẹ́ ilé àgọ́ ìyẹwu tí ó wà ní Royan, ní àríwá Iran. Ilé náà ní ilé-àpáta mẹ́fà àti ìyẹwu méjìlá. Òrùlé onígun mẹ́ta kan dá lóhùn sí ìrọ̀jò tí ń rọ̀ ní Mazandaran ní àsìkò ẹ̀ẹ̀rùn-lẹ́yìn àti òtútù, ó sì tẹ̀lé àṣà ìkọ́lé ìbílẹ̀ náà. Bíríkì, ohun èlò tí a ti lo fún ìgbà pípẹ́ nínú iṣẹ́ ìkọ́lé Iran, ni ó ṣe àwọn ojú pàtàkì ilé náà. Dígí aláwọ̀ tí a fi sí inú férémù fèrèsé onígi mú ìmọ́lẹ̀ aláwọ̀ wọ inú àwọn àbáwọlé àti ibi àtẹ̀gùn. Larma Ile Àgọ́ Ìyẹwu jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Irin A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó dára tí wọ́n pàdé àwọn ohun tí iṣẹ́ àti ilé-iṣẹ́ nílò tí a retí láti ọ̀dọ̀ àwọn ẹ̀dá tí a ṣàwòṣe dáradára. Àwọn olùborí Irin ń fi ìjáfáfá ńlá, ìmọ̀ pàtó gíga, òye ògbóǹtarìgì àti agbára ìṣẹ̀dá àwọn olùṣẹ̀dá wọn hàn. A retí pé Larma Ile Àgọ́ Ìyẹwu yóò jẹ́ ẹ̀dá tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó wúlò tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. Àwòṣe tó borí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Irin A' Design Award yìí ń kó àwọn ọ̀nà tó dára jùlọ ilé-iṣẹ́ jọ, ó sì ní àwọn ànímọ́ ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ tó péye tí a so mọ́ ìmọ̀ ṣíṣe àti ẹ̀bùn. - Àwọn Ohun Àkànṣe
- The Larma apartment project is designed in 6 floors and 12 units. It is located in the north of Iran, Mazandaran. Due to the climatic conditions of Mazandaran, rainfall in winter and autumn, a gable roof is used, which is a model of old and native architecture. The architecture of this building is inspired by Iranian and also local architecture. Using bricks, that is a symbol of Iranian architecture and local materials, is one of the main ideas of this project. To respect the environment, shrubs and green plants in the facade that symbolizes the forests of Mazandaran are used.

- The dimensions of project are 15 m in width x 25 m in length x 30.75 m in height.

- The softwares by which the Larma projects have been designed are AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona Render, and 3ds Max.
- Ìpèníjà Àpèsè
- Decorations had a special place in Iranian architecture and colored glass is a symbol of Iranian architecture. Using colored glass between the wooden frames of windows and corridors and stair windows that radiant colored light in the building, In addition to their beauty, Iranians believe that it keeps insects and reptiles away.
Moreover, using large and green terraces is a symbol of the yards of Mazandaran. - Ìmísí
- The inspiration of the project is based on Iranian and indigenous architecture.

- The design of project started in July 2021 and finished in February 2022. The location of project is Royan of Iran.

- The use of brick materials, which is a symbol of Iranian architecture.
