Newhope D10 B6 jẹ́ ìṣàkóso inú ilé ìṣàfihàn tí ó wà ní àgbègbè àárín ìlú Chengdu. Ilé ìkọ̀kọ́ yìí gbà square mítà 70, tí a ṣe àgbékalẹ̀ rẹ̀ fún ọ̀dọ́ olùgbé kan tí ó máa ń pè àwọn ọ̀rẹ́ rẹ̀ wá sí ilé nígbà gbogbo. Àwọ̀ ìpìlẹ̀ tí ó jẹ́ pẹ̀lẹ́ ni a ti darapọ̀ mọ́ àwọ̀ caramel brown tí ó ń fi ìtẹ̀nu si ibi kan pàtàkì. Àwọn ohun-èlò tí ó ní ìrísí wíwọ́ ń ránti ẹ̀rọ ọkọ̀, nígbà tí ilẹ̀ marble sì bá àwọn kúlẹ̀kúlẹ̀ jiometirì tí ó wà lára àwọn ògiri funfun pàdé. Ètò àwọ̀ náà ni a lò gẹ́gẹ́ bí okùn tí ó so gbogbo àyè náà pọ̀ ní ìṣọ̀kan. Àpẹrẹ náà so ìhùwàsí akíkanjú, ọ̀dọ́ mọ́ àwọn kúlẹ̀kúlẹ̀ tí ó jẹ́ ọlá àti amóríyá.

Àwọn olùborí Irin ń fi ìjáfáfá ńlá, ìmọ̀ pàtó gíga, òye ògbóǹtarìgì àti agbára ìṣẹ̀dá àwọn olùṣẹ̀dá wọn hàn. - Àwọn Ohun Àkànṣe
- The showflat is located in the heart area of Chengdu, the stage for young generations to show their attitude on lifestyle, personality and interests. Fashion forward, edgy, bold, interior decorations are the key items when designing this space. The theme of this showflat is “fast and furious”which obviously shows the imaginary residence was a young man.

- The designer chose a calm tone and embellished with caramel brown for curvy furniture settings which have strong scent on motor mechanics to collaborate with the marble floor and geometric details on the white wall thus make the whole space filled with passion and logic.
- Ìpèníjà Àpèsè
- The challenge was to combine both young and fresh boldness with tasteful details of elegancy.
- Ìwádìí
- Chengdu is an energetic city with inclusiveness, this space is designed for “new money”, those who were young and successful, and expecting friends fairly often so they could share interest and have fun together.
The Louis Vitton deck chair used in the living room is designed based on the concept of travelers’case, on one hand it’s a reflection of income level of the target group, on the other hand it also reflects the lifestyle and attitude of the target group of this apartment. - Ìmísí
- The inspiration is lifestyle of young generations in Chengdu. The target group who are young and successful dare to show the personalities and attitudes as well as their interests with their ideal way. The complex demonstration of interior design contains bold and obvious identity like personal interests，while emphasis characteristic element with color tone as a clue to unify the whole space. The interior is to tell all about the person who lives in the space.
