Majlis jẹ́ ilé ẹgbẹ́ aládàáni tí a ṣe àpẹrẹ rẹ̀ fún ìtọ́jú àlejò ní Dubai. Orúkọ Majlis jẹ́ ọ̀rọ̀ Lárúbáwá tí ó túmọ̀ sí ààyè ìpàdé lọ́nà ìṣèlú, àti nínú àṣà Lárúbáwá, ọ̀rọ̀ náà tún ń tọ́ka sí àwọn ilé tí a kọ́ fún ìtọ́jú àlejò ní ọ̀nà aládàáni. Ilé náà ní ilẹ̀ kan ṣoṣo pẹ̀lú àpẹrẹ tí ó dàbí lẹ́tà L, lórí ilẹ̀ tí ó jẹ́ mítà 60 pẹ̀lú mítà 60. Majlis Ile Ẹgbẹ́ Aládàáni jẹ́ olùborí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award, ìdánimọ̀ olókìkí gan-an tí a fún àwọn àwòṣe tó tayọ tí wọ́n yàtọ̀ nípasẹ̀ ìṣẹ̀dá, àrékérekè àti ọgbọ́n inú. Àwọn olùborí Idẹ jẹ́ àwọn ohun èlò tó ní ìjáfáfá gan-an tí wọ́n sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá tó yani lẹ́nu tí wọ́n ń ṣe ẹ̀rí ìrírí gbígbòòrò, ìrònú àti ọgbọ́n àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. A retí pé Majlis Ile Ẹgbẹ́ Aládàáni yóò jẹ́ ohun tí a kà sí gidigidi, tí a gbóríyìn fún tí a sì nífẹ̀ẹ́, tó jẹ́ ti ọ̀jáfáfá lọ́nà tó ṣe pàtàkì tó sì ní ìmúṣẹ̀dá tuntun. Àwòṣe tó borí Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Idẹ A' Design Award yìí ń kó àwọn ọ̀nà tó dára jùlọ nínú iṣẹ́ ọnà, sáyẹ́ǹsì, àwòṣe àti ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ jọ, ó sì tayọ nítorí àfiyèsí rẹ̀ sí àwọn àlàyé kékeré. - Àwọn Ohun Àkànṣe
- "Majlis" is the Arabic word for a formal living/gathering space; however in the Arabic culture the meaning could be extended to any dwelling or building that is built specifically for private hospitality by the owner towards his guests.
This building is designed as a ground floor premises comprising of formal and casual living and dining spaces, 2 ensuite bedrooms, an office, and a detached service block that serves an in-house kitchen. - Ìwọ̀n àti Àpò
- The building is a ground floor L- shaped building in a 60mx60m square plot.

- Ìmọ̀-ẹ̀rọ Ìṣelọ́pọ̀
- The building employs a canopy offering shading to the tripple glazing glass envelope to protect from the harsh weather conditions of the desert climate. The materials chosen are natural organic materials, such stone cladding and marble interiors for a cooler feel, that responds well to the existing climate conditions . The vegetation proposed helps act as a buffer for the heat transmittance and provide natural shading with interesting shadows.

- The challenges in this design were the location of the building and the continuous request for expansion by the client.
With respect to the location, the designated spot is a low wetland where the rainwater gets concentrated underground. This requiring a different and innovative structural approach without compromising the design. - Ìwádìí
- Apart from the study of the condition of the site location being on a wetland called by the locals as "Sabkha", the shape needed to open up to embrace the beauty of the natural surroundings. Another factor that was added to the mix was the element of surprise, where the entrance to the building is located in the Southern end with solid facade, where once inside the view opens up to the site's unique characteristics overlooking Burj khalifa view and a beautiful horizon.

- The club house gets its inspiration from the idea of merging between the old and the new in the Arabian culture, where the concept of hospitality is at the core, while the Arabian oasis in the desert is the nostalgia that modern arabs likes to merge alongside their contemporary lifestyle.

- The project is located in Dubai, and it is still in the design phase stage.
- Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- The majlis operates in a way that allows it to accommodate a large number of guests within the space. The layout is divided into 3 zones each with its own service corridor, circulation and supporting spaces for utilities. The view of the building is more open to the northwest side of the plot where the vital areas can enjoy the sunset view of Burj Khalifa in the distant horizon.
