ווען דיזיינערז באקומען דעם קורץ פון דעם קליענט, עס איז געווען אַ ווייַזן אַפּאַראַט פֿאַר די אַפלואַנט מאַרק. דיזיינערז ווילן צו ויסמיידן די קלאַסיש גלייך-צו-דיין-פּנים לוקסוס. די ווייַזן אַפּאַראַט זאָל שילדערן אַ געפיל פון געשמאַק מיט דעטאַילס פאַרבאָרגן אין די דיזיינז זיי האָבן געוויינט שוואַרץ און ווייַס ווי די קאָליר טעמע פֿאַר די ווייַזן אַפּאַראַט מיט אַ אָנצוהערעניש פון אַקצענט קאָליר פון די פרייַ מעבל אָדער די כאַנגגינג באַפּוצונג. די הויפּט פאָקאַל פונט פון די ווייַזן אַפּאַראַט איז די אַרייַנגאַנג. אין סדר צו מאַכן די וואַו ווירקונג, זיי געוויינט מאָך קונסט.

Black and White ווייַזן אַפּאַראַט איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין בראָנדז, אַן העכסט פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו אויסגעצייכנטע דיזײַנס וואָס שטעכן אַרויס מיט קרעאַטיוויטעט, דערפֿינדונג און קלוגשאַפֿט. בראָנדז-געווינער זענען זייער בקיאותדיקע און אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק קרעאַטיווע אַרטיפֿאַקטן וואָס באַשטעטיקן די ברייטע דערפֿאַרונג, פֿאַנטאַזיע און דערפֿינדונג-קראַפֿט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון Black and White ווייַזן אַפּאַראַט ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ הויך געשעצטע, באַוווּנדערטע און ליבע זאַך וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין בראָנדז פֿאַראײניקט די בעסטע פּראַקטיקן אין קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע, און איז אויסגעצייכנט פֿאַר זײַן אויפֿמערקזאַמקייט צו דעטאַלן. - אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן
- When we received the brief from the client, it was a show unit for the affluent market. We want to avoid the classic straight- to your- face luxury. This show unit should portray a sense of tastefulness with details hidden in the designs
We have used black and white as the color theme for the show unit with a hint of accents color from the loose furniture or the hanging decoration.
The main focal point of show unit is the entrance. In order to create the WOW effect, we have used a moss art. - מאָסן און פּאַקונג

- Our design has incorporated leather finished marble in the dry kitchen and granite cladding the wall and counted of the wet kitchen
- דיזײַן-אויסדערונג
- The hardest part of the renovation was the access to the show unit. Imagine the area during the beginning was just a wetland, and we had to carry the materials into the site using truck with chances of it getting stuck in the mud. We are glad we managed to do it anyway and carry out the work with the teamwork from all parties.

- The inspiration is coming from the surrounding of the show unit. An environment that's created for the affluent.
The exclusive areas surrounded by the rich nature. - פּראָיעקט-דויער
- The project started in year 2021 during the preliminary design stage. However due to the lock down in Malaysia, we can only carry out the renovation concurrently with the build in 2022.
- אָפּעראַציע-פֿלוס
- The challenge of to construct this interior renovation of the show unit is that, we have to work concurrently with the main builder, as certain part of the show unit has not been constructed yet such as the toilets and the first floor.
The area was pretty secluded and muddy, with limited water resources. Thus, we have to source our water supply at site to ensure the work can be carried out. - מאַנשאַפֿט-מיטגלידער
