דאָס הויז באַשטייט פֿון פֿינף פּאַראַלעלע רעכטעקן. גאַראַזש און ספּאַ בלאָקן זענען פֿאַרשאָבן צום וווין-פֿאָלום. זיי באַשיצן עס פֿון נייגעריקע אויגן און פֿאָרמירן אַ קאָמפּאַקטן פֿעלד פֿאַר די אַרײַנגאַנג און רעקרעאַציע שטח, באַצוגסווײַז. ספּאַ הענגט אויף אַ קאָנסאָל איבער דער ערד און איז געעפֿנט צו דער נאַטור דורך זײַן פֿאַרגלאָזונג. די פֿאַסאַדעס וואָס קוקן צום וואַלד האָבן פֿולע-גרייס פֿענצטער וואָס פֿילן די וווין-רוימען מיט ליכט און לופֿט. וואַסער-אינסטאַלאַציע פֿון דער טעראַסע שאַפֿט אַ מיקראָקלימאַט אין דער זומער-היץ. דער צוויי-שטאָקיקער טורעם פֿון וווינצימער פֿאָרמירט אַ ווערטיקאַלע אַקס, וואָס אונטערווארפֿט אַלע עלעמענטן פֿון דעם געביידע און לאַנדשאַפֿט.

The Fifth Element וווינונג איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין זילבער, אַן אויסערגעוויינלעך פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו שיינע, דערהויבענע און איבערצײַגנדיקע שפּיץ-דיזײַנס. זילבער-געווינער זענען העכסט בריליאַנטע און זייער קרעאַטיווע ווערק וואָס ילוסטרירן די אויסגעצייכנטע מומחיות, טאַלאַנט און שאַרפֿזיניקייט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון The Fifth Element וווינונג ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ וווּנדערלעך, מוסטערהאַפֿט ווערק וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און טיף אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין זילבער איז אַ זייער אויפֿפֿאַלנדיקע, באַוווּנדערטע דערפֿינדונג וואָס ברענגט נוצן און שטופּט פֿאָרויס די גרענעצן פֿון קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע. - The house consists of five parallel volumes, each with a ledge level and height, but identical in design. It is turned away from prying eyes by deaf stone facades and opened completely with glass walls into the forest, filling it with air and light. The living spaces have free access to the lawn, pool and terrace with a water installation. There are no unnecessary rooms so person can live the entire space everyday. Earth, water, fire, air and the quintessence of all elements - the atmosphere.

- Climate area minus 25 to plus 45 degrees Celsius. To maximize the comfort and minimize the use of resources, conservation technologies are applied to all enclosing structures. Even glasses and blinds examed by not only heat loss, but also the solar factor. Systems with cooling and radiating surfaces are used as the main source of climate warm cold floors, walls, ceiling, which significantly improve the quality of life and protect the environment. Pool water, for example, is fully heated by recovered energy from the dehumidifier and the server room.

In the main block there are living, dining, kitchen zones, 2 master zones with a short connection between all the zones.
