Madhura Sekar's Sandbox Wealth Beta Wealth Management Platform emerges as a distinguished exemplar of contemporary financial interface design, participating in the broader tradition of information visualization that traces its lineage from the systematic approaches of mid-twentieth-century graphic design through to the refined digital experiences of the present moment. The platform demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of visual hierarchy, employing a carefully calibrated palette of warm neutrals accented by terracotta, sage, and coral tones that guide the eye through complex financial data while maintaining an atmosphere of approachability and calm assurance. Technical accomplishment manifests in the seamless integration of diverse informational modes including numerical displays, graphical charts, photographic elements, and textual content, each component occupying its designated zone within a coherent grid system that honors principles of clarity and user orientation. - One of the biggest challenges was simplifying complex financial data into a digestible and visually engaging format without losing depth. HNIs expect a balance of sophisticated analytics and intuitive usability. Designing a trust-driven UX required refining data visualization, security, and real-time insights while keeping the platform sleek and modern. Balancing compliance with fintech regulations and a seamless experience was a key design challenge.

- The project began in June 2022 in New York City. The design process included multiple iterations based on user feedback, usability studies, and testing to refine the UX and ensure seamless functionality for HNIs. The final product was rolled out in early 2024 for select users before a wider launch.
