About NikolaTesla Fit Extractor Hob

NikolaTesla Fit represents a concentrate of technology in which cooking and suction are perfectly integrated in a space that allows installation even on 60 cm kitchen bases. Ideal for small rooms, but also for those kitchens where it is not possible to install independent hobs and hoods. The conceptual effort has focused on finding a balance between performance, functionality, ergonomics, technology, small size and versatility. The great challenge in terms of design was to be able to contain all these elements in a formal synthesis that gave life to an object with clean and essential lines.

Within the discourse of contemporary domestic design, Fabrizio Crisà's NikolaTesla Fit Extractor Hob emerges as a compelling example of how functional kitchen technology can transcend utilitarian purpose to become an integral element of holistic interior composition, the design appearing to engage with broader movements in residential architecture that emphasize seamless integration between cooking spaces and living environments while honoring the visual and tactile pleasures of carefully considered material palettes, the work demonstrates remarkable sensitivity to the relationship between horizontal planes and vertical elements as the dark glass surface of the hob creates a contemplative void within the warm embrace of speckled terrazzo that suggests both geological permanence and artisanal craftsmanship, technical accomplishment manifests in the elegant minimalism of the interface where subtle illuminated indicators provide necessary information without disrupting the pristine surface geometry while the integrated downdraft ventilation system represented by the central vertical element eliminates the need for overhead extraction thereby preserving sight lines and spatial continuity between functional zones, thematically the composition invites meditation upon the evolving nature of domestic ritual where cooking transforms from isolated labor into social performance staged within architecturally unified environments that dissolve traditional boundaries between kitchen utility and living room comfort, the panoramic window framing of the natural landscape beyond suggests a philosophical positioning of human dwelling within larger ecological contexts where interior cultivation of nourishment maintains visual and spiritual connection to the fertile world outside, one might observe how the gentle steam rising from the cookware creates an ephemeral vertical accent that animates the otherwise geometric stillness while symbolically representing transformation and creative process, viewers are invited to consider how such thoughtful integration of technology within domestic environments might reshape our understanding of the relationship between practical necessity and aesthetic aspiration in contemporary living
