According to a few special methods can extract the effect component in the tea, for instance ultrasonic auxiliary enzymatic method, microwave method, also can retain the aroma of a few plants through the method such as embedding method.
Design Challenge
The challenge is the extraction of the functional components in tea jelly. How to efficiently and completely extract the nutrients and maintain the tea flavor is the difficulty of the project. Inspiration
There is a unique phenomenon in the current Chinese consumer market that people born between 1995 and 2000 are the main group buying health care products online. And the market size of functional food is gradually expanding. The study found that none of the functional foods on the market are made from traditional Chinese herb and food. In addition, the root causes of young people's ill health are anxiety at work and lack of healthy living habits.
