Caishi China Railway City là một khu phức hợp nhà ở được xây dựng tại Tế Nam, Trung Quốc. Thiết kế theo phong cách Trung Hoa mới, kết hợp trật tự và tỷ lệ cổ điển với công năng hiện đại. Các đặc trưng địa phương như mái đầu đao hình đuôi én, đầu hồi và tường hoa được diễn giải lại theo hình thức giản dị, với bảng màu giữ nét trầm tĩnh và nhẹ nhàng. Các tấm polycarbonate được sử dụng cho những tấm trang trí mái, cho phép sử dụng các cấu kiện đỡ mảnh mai. Hệ thống bốn hằng số kiểm soát chất lượng không khí, nhiệt độ và độ ẩm trong nhà. Bố cục tuân theo địa hình hiện hữu nhằm hạn chế khối lượng công tác đất.

Pay attention to the use of the site terrain according to the current situation of the terrain, better play the natural preservation, natural infiltration and natural purification functions of sponge city.
