Giới thiệu O10 Station Phát triển đô thị đa chức năng

O10 Station là một dự án phát triển đô thị đa chức năng được xây dựng phía trên hai nhà ga tàu điện ngầm tại Cao Hùng, Đài Loan. Khu đất có diện tích khoảng 1,8 hecta và cung cấp khoảng 287.811 mét vuông diện tích sàn, bao gồm sáu tầng hầm và năm tòa tháp cao từ 38 đến 52 tầng. Các không gian khách sạn, văn phòng, nhà ở và bán lẻ được kết hợp với các nhà hát hộp đen ở tầng trệt với sức chứa từ 120 đến 200 chỗ ngồi. An international-brand hotel, managed by a global hospitality group, accommodates performing arts troupes and audiences. Ground-level black-box theaters seat 120-200, prioritizing emerging groups, while lower floors incubate youth-led arts ventures. Offices, residences, and street-facing retail activate public space, extending Weiwuying's cultural energy into daily urban life.
