Giới thiệu Playful Hut Bao Bì Tái Sử Dụng

Playful Hut là bao bì tái sử dụng được thiết kế cho một sản phẩm lưu trữ năng lượng cỡ lớn. Bao bì được làm từ bìa carton sóng và bìa carton tổ ong có khả năng phân hủy sinh học, mang lại độ bền chịu tải và khả năng đệm chống sốc trong quá trình vận chuyển. Các mối nối kiểu lưỡi gài và khe cắm thay thế cho keo dán và nhựa. Các đường đục lỗ dễ xé cho phép người dùng mở các khoang rỗng và tháo các khối giấy ra, nhờ đó hộp bên ngoài trở thành một ngôi nhà đồ chơi và khay bên trong trở thành đồ nội thất đồ chơi. Users can easily transform the packaging into a DIY hollow playhouse with furniture, achieving a perfect balance of sustainability and functionality, providing a sustainable, interactive experience. The four-sided foldable box design reduces handling height, improves production efficiency, and enhances the user experience.

Solution: Through innovative material selection, optimized structural design, simulated testing, and real-world validation, along with cross-department collaboration, the design team successfully overcame these challenges.
Nghiên Cứu: This research aims to design an innovative, safe, and eco-friendly reusable packaging solution. Through design thinking, system design methods, user feedback, and prototype development, the study explored how to enhance the reusability of packaging and raise environmental awareness. The results show that the packaging improved handling efficiency, increased user engagement, raised environmental awareness, and contributed to the development of commercial, social, and design fields.
