Giới thiệu Ji Xiang Dao Trung Tâm Bán Hàng

Ji Xiang Dao là một trung tâm bán hàng đa chức năng tại Đài Bắc, Đài Loan. Công trình hoạt động như một trung tâm thương mại quy mô nhỏ, kết hợp ẩm thực, bán lẻ, giải trí và các sự kiện văn hóa. Cấu trúc ban đầu được bảo tồn và trao cho những chức năng thương mại mới. Mặt tiền lưới kim loại giãn nở cùng hệ tường hai lớp làm mềm khối tích công trình và cân bằng giữa sự trong suốt và tính đặc chắc. Một sân trong ở trung tâm cùng các lối đi rõ ràng dẫn hướng khách tham quan và kết nối các khu vực trong nhà với ngoài trời. It integrates cultural elements with dining, entertainment, and sales functions to create a diverse visitor experience and a popular photo destination. Preserving the original site, a courtyard and clear pathways guide foot traffic naturally. Layered spaces, transparent facades, and expanded mesh connect indoor and outdoor areas, encouraging exploration and interaction in an immersive public environment.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: The project site covers an area of 3,510 square meter, with a total floor area of 2,670 square meter. The primary structural framework adopts SS steel construction, and the building consists of two floors in total.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Located near a busy commercial area in Taipei, the sales center was designed as a welcoming, community-oriented mixed-use space. Expanded metal mesh softens the building’s mass and sets it apart from typical department stores. A central courtyard enhances circulation and retail activity. Since opening, it has attracted locals and celebrities alike, becoming a lively hub that encourages photography, social sharing, and strong foot traffic.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: Located near a major commercial district in Taipei, this sales center faced the challenge of low foot traffic. To address this, the design team created a people-friendly, mixed-use commercial space aimed at drawing public attention. The expanded metal mesh facade balances transparency and solidity, softening the building’s mass and contrasting with the imposing feel of typical department stores. Eye-catching exteriors and varied circulation successfully attract visitors.
Nghiên Cứu: This project applied spatial design research to turn a traditional sales center into a vibrant, inclusive community hub. By integrating dining, retail, performances, and events around a central courtyard, it encouraged flow and interaction. Using human-centered methods and foot traffic studies, the team created a lively space that drew families and cultural groups. Sales hit 50 percent in a month, with high media exposure and strong public engagement.
Cảm Hứng: The design breaks traditional single-use sales centers by fostering community interaction, linking old and new structures, and connecting surrounding pathways. The project retains the original structure, adding new commercial functions, using expanded metal and double-layer walls for a vibrant look. The layout, featuring pathways and plaza elements, successfully attracts crowds and showcases diverse space usage.

Quy Trình Vận Hành: This project is a mixed use sales center designed to serve the public, strengthen neighborhood connections, and enhance brand value. Planned primarily as a commercial space, the site is located near a well known commercial district in Taipei, Taiwan. Unlike conventional sales centers that focus only on sales offices and show units, the project is positioned as a small scale department store. Inspired by the local context, it creates diverse spaces centered on food, clothing, living, mobility, education, and leisure.
