Asty Garak là khu dân cư nhỏ gọn cao cấp đáp ứng những thay đổi về lối sống ở Hàn Quốc. Đây là một dự án nhằm khắc phục những hạn chế về không gian của các sản phẩm dân cư nhỏ giá rẻ hiện có và phát triển các chức năng cũng như thiết kế dành cho người tiêu dùng có thu nhập cao. Nó đã lên kế hoạch cho một sản phẩm đáp ứng được quan điểm chức năng và thẩm mỹ với cách bố trí đơn vị có thể biến đổi theo phong cách sống và vật liệu hoàn thiện làm nổi bật quan điểm thẩm mỹ.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: Asty Garak is a high-end compact residence that responds to lifestyle changes in Korea. It is a project that aims to overcome the spatial limitations of existing low priced small residential products and to develop functions and designs for high income consumers. It planned a product that satisfies the functional and aesthetic perspective with a unit layout that can be transformed according to the lifestyle and a finishing material that highlights the aesthetic perspective.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: The columnar structure considering sustainability is designed to be able to cope with future scalability and changes. GFRC, which constitutes the exterior, is a technology manufactured through a mold and synthesizes concrete and glass fibers to implement a system with a durability of 100 years in design. The interior design of the unit was carried out with a new configuration considering openness and scalability, away from the existing residence framework using smart glass technology.
