Giới thiệu Nexcell Orbit RX Máy Ép Phun

Nexcell Orbit RX là máy ép phun đàn hồi tạo bọt vật lý được phát triển cho sản xuất đế giữa giày dép. Máy trộn khí siêu tới hạn với nhựa và tạo hình chi tiết bằng phương pháp ép phun, nhờ đó tránh được việc tạo bọt hóa học và vật liệu có thể được tái chế hoàn toàn. Hai khay và hai súng phun đôi cho phép thực hiện nhiều chế độ sản xuất trong diện tích nhà xưởng hạn chế. Vỏ máy sử dụng tấm kim loại phủ sơn màu trắng và xanh dương với đèn cảnh báo tích hợp. For this reason, Orbit RX physical foam injection system uses supercritical gas to mix with plastic and then produce the product by injection molding. It has three main features: environmental protection, recyclable products, and high automation, and the material can be 100% recycled for sustainable use.
