Giới thiệu Along the Streams of Light Thiết Kế Nội Thất Nhà Hàng

Along the Streams of Light là thiết kế nội thất của một nhà hàng Hàn Quốc rộng 265 mét vuông tại Đài Trung, Đài Loan. Không gian kết hợp đá và gỗ với các tông màu nâu và xám. Họa tiết, đường nét và những đường cắt bất quy tắc tạo nên cảm giác trang trọng. Những dải đèn cong và sự chuyển tiếp giữa sàn gỗ và sàn đá dẫn dắt chuyển động giữa các khu vực. Khu bếp bán mở và được bố trí cùng quầy bar, nhờ đó quá trình nấu nướng vẫn hiển hiện qua các tấm kính. Kính gân và những mảng kính cao đưa ánh sáng tự nhiên vào trong khi vẫn giữ được sự riêng tư.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: The half-circle plaza in front of the facade of the restaurant and the tilted staircases with embedded light strips contribute to a sense of earnestness. The quotation-mark-shaped wooden frame and the diamond shape pattern on the door panel with diverse use of colors create an exotic feeling that eventually attracts visual focus and attention. In addition, the reeded glass panel is applied to maintain privacy while ensuring the introduction of natural lighting.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The great-sized floor-to-ceiling glass panels and the shading ensure immense introduction of sunlight while maintaining the privacy for the customers to feel comfortable eating. The illumination of the space is improved while it does not become too harsh to the eye. The overall open-floor plan and the translucency increases the use of electricity during the day.
Nghiên Cứu: The embedded light strips in the kitchen and dining areas serve to divide and to guide the flow subconsciously. The kitchen is designed to be semi-open-plan with a bar counter arrangement. Through the transparent glass panels, customers can easily look into the kitchen for the smoked barbeque display and the cooking process. The suspended shelving allows convenient arrangement of utensils that gives a sense of neatness to the restaurant.
Cảm Hứng: The naming of the restaurant "Ribbon" symbolizes a festive atmosphere on special days and holidays. With use of patterns, lines, irregular cuts, and rhythmic combination, the designer creates a sense of ceremony with a great amount of natural lighting that expands the visual perception with consistency. The precise yet fluid interior lighting design adds elegance to the ambience in shades of brown and gray.

Quy Trình Vận Hành: Entering the restaurant, one can immediately sense that the designer reinterprets and repackages the Korean cuisine with a modern technique and semi-industrial style. A consistent design language with diverse changes of lighting and volumes are the main elements that weaved into the gene of the space. The curved light strips and the flooring transitions between wooden and stone materials both contribute to an intuitive sense of spatial transition.
