Giới thiệu Bada Ghế

Bada là chiếc ghế được thiết kế nhằm khuyến khích người dùng thường xuyên thay đổi tư thế ngồi. Việc ngồi trong thời gian dài tạo thêm áp lực lên phần lưng dưới. Khi người dùng ngả người vào tư thế cúi gập, mặt ghế sẽ xoay và tạo ra độ nghiêng khoảng tám độ. Cơ thể sau đó trượt xuống từ từ, thúc đẩy người dùng ngồi thẳng trở lại. Thân ghế được làm từ gỗ sồi trắng nguyên khối, còn thanh nối được làm bằng thép không gỉ. Các đường cong thể hiện chuyển động xoay và trượt của mặt ghế. Ghế có kích thước 500 mm chiều rộng, 580 mm chiều sâu và 750 mm chiều cao.

Bada is a chair that allows its users to sit by changing their posture regularly through discomfort. Obviously, it is uncomfortable when the users’ sitting positions are changed involuntarily. However, on the other hand, this designed discomfort can keep them healthy and maintain the correct posture.

The crooked posture rotates the seat plate and creates an inclination. Hence, the inclination created by the rotation gradually lowers the user's position. This leaves the user no choice but to change their sitting posture.

Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The entire shape of the chair is designed in a way that the curves meet each other with a purpose to metaphorically express the process of the seat rotation leading to slope and sliding.It was particularly difficult because it was the first time to make a chair using wood, and there were many trials and errors because it was possible to make a form only by knowing the properties of the material.
Nghiên Cứu: We needed to figure out the appropriate slope to make the posture uncomfortable when the posture is bent, although it is usually not uncomfortable. We found an appropriate slope while producing prototypes using isopink and prototypes using wood.Based on the seat with a height of W450 mm × D450 mm × H450 mm, the slope of 8 degrees was judged to be the most appropriate and the result was significant.

Modern people spend a lot of time sitting everyday. Compared to the standing position, sitting down on the chair causes twice the pressure on the lower back, which is a major cause of lumbar disk disease(herniated disks). During COVID-19, as the time spent at home increased, sitting for a long time has become a routine. To avoid sitting on a chair for an extended period of time with a sloppy posture, a change in your sitting posture periodically is needed.

Quy Trình Vận Hành: Modern people spend a lot of time sitting. Sitting for a long period of time causes various lower back problems. Therefore, you need to change your posture regularly while you are sitting. Bada is a chair that allows you to be able to fix your posture through discomfort. As the users’ sitting positions turn into a bad posture, their bodies will slide slowly, then they will be forced to change their posture. As a result, the designed discomfort feeling is able to help the users stay in a healthy and correct sitting posture.
