Giới thiệu Jin Yue Wan Trung Tâm Bán Hàng

Jin Yue Wan là một trung tâm bán hàng tọa lạc tại Vô Tích, Trung Quốc, thuộc vùng Giang Nam. Công trình có diện tích 700 mét vuông và lấy cảm hứng từ Vườn Jichang địa phương. Các phương pháp truyền thống như xếp đá, quy hoạch hệ thống nước, bố trí cây cối, lắp đặt cửa sổ ô hoa và lát nền đã tạo nên sáu cảnh quan vườn xung quanh công trình. Những khoảng sân trong đưa thiên nhiên vào không gian nội thất và tạo thêm chiều sâu cho các không gian. Đình cảnh quan sử dụng kỹ thuật mộng ghép cổ điển và được xây dựng mà không cần đến đinh. Thiết kế kết hợp các yếu tố kiến trúc Trung Hoa với kỹ thuật hiện đại.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: Cuizhu South Road leads to the immersive demonstration area with six garden landscapes. The overall landscape planning inherits the three-millennia-old Jiangnan garden creation wisdom, and absorbs the quintessence of the local Jichang Garden and street & lane culture, intending to create a contemporary destination with unique garden landscapes. Traditional techniques for stacking stones, designing water system, arranging plants, installing lattice windows and paving are adopted.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: New techniques and optimization of scales make the buildings appear simple and light. Facade details, such as clear, soft stones, champagne-colored materials and Chinese-style elements, reflect an inheritance of traditional Chinese-style design. The landscape pavilion in the garden adopts Chinese classical mortise and tenon joint structures, which were made by old craftsmen. No single nail was used in the process of construction.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The project carries the forms of traditional Chinese buildings, courtyards and lanes, and showcases a return to traditional rituals. A big challenge lies in how to ensure the building design features a Chinese style without being conservative and at same time keeping pace with the times. In addition, how to combine aesthetics, practicality and low operating cost is also challenging.
Nghiên Cứu: The buildings within the demonstration area blend with nature, bringing nature into the interior space and connecting outdoors with interiors. The courtyard spaces add layering to the buildings and create pleasant environments, so all the visible spaces present the best visual effects. The design preserves the charm and quintessence of Chinese-style architectures and innovates through modern approaches, so as to make the Chinese-style buildings more natural, modern and dynamic.
Cảm Hứng: Located in the heartland of Jiangnan Region, China, the project carries waterland culture. Taking design inspiration from the famous Jichang Garden in Wuxi, it applies traditional garden creation approaches to architecture and maximizes the use of the site. Based on the Chinese-style architectural style and elements, it introduces the living concept of Chinese courtyard dwellings, and creates an elegant oriental atmosphere by inheriting Chinese academy culture.

Quy Trình Vận Hành: The project takes design cues from traditional courtyard buildings in Wuxi. Based on the functional layout, the building facades and components combine traditional fabric with new elements, incorporate local cultural characteristics and the iconic Neo-Chinese Style, and draw on elements from Chinese poems, books, rites and music, in order to upgrade the courtyard scenes and create a poetic environment.
