Giới thiệu CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC Khu Phức Hợp Đa Chức Năng
CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC là một khu phức hợp đa chức năng tại Thạch Gia Trang, Trung Quốc. Tổ hợp này kết hợp khối đế thương mại bán lẻ với các tòa tháp văn phòng và căn hộ. Một khoảng lùi lớn ở góc tây bắc của khu đất tạo nên một quảng trường đô thị ở tầng đường phố và một quảng trường chìm kết nối với ga tàu điện ngầm. Sảnh trung chuyển của tuyến Metro số 1 và số 3 kết nối với hai tầng hầm của trung tâm thương mại thông qua quảng trường chìm và lối đi bộ. Các lối vào trung tâm thương mại được bố trí tại ba góc phố. Mặt tiền lối vào sử dụng tường kính hộp hai lớp với thiết kế chiếu sáng đặc biệt.

- To create a more inviting gesture, a large setback was introduced at northwest corner of the site, accommodating a grand urban plaza on street level and a featured sunken plaza connected to the subway. The setback also gives the building podium an over 300 meters long continuous urban facade, projecting a powerful architectural image over the busy city intersection. The transfer hall of Metro Line 1 and 3 is seamlessly connected to B1 and B2 levels of the shopping mall via sunken plaza and pedestrian walkway. A blend of natural sunlight, interactive landscape and art installations greatly enhance the quality of space and passenger experiences. As a mixed-use development, the retail podium is the center piece and at the same time acting like a catalyst for office and apartment towers. The formal entrances to the office towers are located along the city’s financial street, while the apartments’ lobbies are facing a much quieter courtyard space with more privacy. We dedicated all three major street corners for shopping mall entrances to take advantage of the heavy foot traffic. The entrance facade of the mall features exquisite use of double glazed curtain walls with special lighting design to give it a very trendy and dynamic look. The interior of the mall is kept simple and elegant to bring together high end retail, anchor and specialty stores, F&B and additional social functions for a unique experience the city never had before.

The extremely high development density with a plot ratio over 10 and the building height restricted by aviation regulation demands a very innovative and efficient design solution to achieve the project brief.

The advantage of prime location, direct access to transit, together with the grand and mixed-use program gives this project the potential to become the most influential urban complex in the city of Shijiazhuang.
