Giới thiệu Kayoni Bộ Lắp Ráp

Kayoni là bộ lắp ráp mô-đun dành cho trẻ em và người lớn. Các khối được xây dựng dựa trên mô-đun khối lập phương năm milimét, từ một chi tiết nhỏ hình dấu cộng gồm năm khối lập phương đến một khối lớn hơn gồm sáu mươi bảy khối lập phương. Các chốt và lỗ kết nối có độ chính xác cao cho phép lắp ráp theo chiều dọc, chiều ngang và góc nghiêng theo nhiều hướng khác nhau. Các khối được đúc phun bằng nhựa ABS chất lượng cao với nhiều màu sắc. Mỗi bộ chứa từ 100 đến 3200 khối kèm theo các hướng dẫn lắp ráp minh họa. Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: By means of vision, applied technology, high precision tools and a tight mathematical design concept, is bridging the range of Kayoni-blocks. A modular system demonstrating unique and high versatility in construction and assembly possibilities and allowing vertical, horizontal as well as angled assembly of blocks - simply by blocks. Kayoni has challenged known construction set concepts and is pushing boundaries. Kayoni is designed to stimulate creativity, learning and logic through playing.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: Blocks varies from 15 x 10 x 5 mm in cubed dimension of the smallest to 60 x 15 x 15 mm of the largest. Dimensions and contents of a set depends on the variety and quantity of Kayoni-blocks included. The smallest product package measuring 186 x 143 x 57 mm and the largest 186 x 286 x 114 mm. Product packages are optimized for a transport carton measuring 194 x 585 x 585 mm for stacking on transports pallets for optimized logistics.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Kayoni blocks are of high accuracy injection molding. Blocks are based on a same 5 x 5 x 5 mm cube modulo, from 5 cubes to create a plus-shaped block to 67 cubes in the largest block. Cube dimensional tolerance is 0.02 mm facilitating multiple orientation assembly of blocks. For molding, high grade ABS in palette colors is used. In process quality controls and third party lab testing of raw materials and blocks assures non-presence of i.e. prohibited Phthalates as per children toys regulations.

Tests of compounds, colorants, finished products and packing materials made by labs. Marketing research - focus groups, and user acceptance testing in market together with literature, labs, engineers, graphic designers and pedagogues contributing insights, input and feedbacks.
Cảm Hứng: Inspired by what many said could not be done, an idea to create a visionary modular system, different from conventional thinking, took form. A concept aimed to inspire and stimulate, and creatively develop, selected competencies, skills and logic through playing and fun, and which would advance also social interaction and developing of social skills. From that Kayoni evolved addressing by its series, blocks and concept the age groups of preschoolers and parents, school-aged children and adults.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The Kayoni-project initiated in Copenhagen, Denmark end 2016. First time exhibited in selected sneak previews of its EVA-series at the KL Children and Youth Congress in Aalborg, Denmark January 2019. In October 2019 Kayoni was commercially introduced to market in its first, ready to launch, EVA-series. The now ready to launch Kayoni ABS-series are set for market introduction mid-2020.
