Chương trình múa nước lễ hội đèn lồng Nantou 2020 với chủ đề Vinh quang mãi mãi, dựa trên hình dạng của một ngọn núi nổi tiếng ở Đài Loan, hạt Nam Đầu "Chín mươi chín đỉnh", nó cũng thể hiện phong cảnh thiên nhiên trên màn nước với kiểu ánh sáng có thể thay đổi màu sắc . Nhà thiết kế Li Chen Peng xây dựng nó theo chín vòng cung trên mặt nước bằng kết cấu thép kết hợp chương trình múa nước, để đưa màn trình diễn dưới nước vào trạng thái ảo và thực của sự kết hợp các hình dạng.
