Next Collection — Green Cape landshaftiga uyg‘un tarzda loyihalangan turar-joy majmuasidir. Bino bog‘ni o‘z ichiga olgan podium ustida joylashgan uchta mustaqil qanotdan iborat. Bino tomi restoran, bar va suzish havzasi joylashgan ijtimoiy makon sifatida foydalaniladi. Qanotlarning tartibi kvartiralar va podiumdagi bog‘ o‘rtasida aniq oqimni ta’minlaydi. Interyer dengizga xos mavzu va sokin rang palitrasi bilan minimalistik yondashuvga amal qiladi. Dizayn organik shakllarni atrofdagi relyef bilan uyg‘unlashtiradi.
