Viti Stend haqida

Organik monolit oltin nisbatlar va taxminlar tamoyillaridan foydalangan holda yaratilgan, ya'ni: oddiylik, funksionallik, xavfsizlik, chidamlilik. Chuqur mat qora rang va sirt teksturasi yorug'likni tarqatadi va tana go'shtini kamaytiradi. Dizayn tabiatning shakllaridan ilhomlangan va o'rnatilgan qurilmalarning barqarorligini oshiradigan va tebranishlarini kamaytiradigan oltin nisbatlarga asoslangan. Dumaloq qirralar va qo'lga sozlangan tutqich, shuningdek, ekran o'rnatilgan stendlarni tashish imkonini beruvchi xavfsizlik choralari.

Viti Stend A' Design Award Temir Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu yaxshi loyihalangan ijodlardan kutiladigan kasbiy va sanoat talablariga javob beradigan yaxshi dizaynlarga beriladigan nufuzli e’tirofdir. Temir g‘oliblari o‘z yaratuvchilarining katta mahorati, yuksak ixtisosligi, mutaxassis tushunchasi va ijodiy salohiyatini namoyon etadi. Viti Stend yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Temir Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn soha eng yaxshi amaliyotlarini uyg‘unlashtiradi va bilim hamda iste’dod bilan bog‘langan layoqatli texnik xususiyatlarga ega. Viti Stend puxtaligi uchun hurmatga sazovor bo‘lib, dunyoni yaxshiroq joyga aylantirishga yordam beradigan hayot sifatini yaxshilashni taqdim etish uchun loyihalangan.

Noyob xususiyatlar: ViTi stand is a multifunctional video monitor installation system based on the principles of minimalism, functionality, intuition, aesthetics, safety and durability. Thanks to the use of golden proportions and an organic form, we have developed good structural stability and a slim shape. We reduced reflections by 95 percent by using light-absorbing paint.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: Models designed in 3D technology cut with CNC laser from structural steel sheet. The models processed with a bender into an acute angle. The sandblasting process covered all the elements that covered with a certified powder paint with a fine structure. The stands were serigraphy by created information boards, among others, about the degrees of inclination. The components combined in the assembly process into the finished product.
Dizayn muammosi: The challenge was to produce stands with our invented shape and rounded edges. It was a big challenge for us to find subcontractors who will comply with our requirements and meet our expectations.
Tadqiqot: The aim of the study was to obtain a durable coating with a minimum degree of gloss on a steel streamlined surface. 4 tiles and their: hardness, gloss - photoelectric devices were tested. The factor determining these properties is the ratio of matting and hardening components. Techniques for processing rounded surfaces have been refined and the problem of light reflection has been eliminated, thanks to which the stage equipment can be durable and hardly visible in the camera.
Ilhom: Working on the stage, we encountered the problem of the lack of a system for installing video monitors. Based on many years of experience and Bauhaus concepts, we decided to create a multifunctional stand that meets our requirements: ergonomics, organic form, minimalism, functionality, intuitiveness, safety, durability. Using the golden ratio, mathematical concepts and material properties, we have achieved high stability and a harmonious shape inspired by nature.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in June 2020 in Warsaw and finished in May 2021.
Ish jarayoni: The device is bolted to the mounting plate (Vesa), which is inserted onto the shoulder of the stand. The height shall be determined by selecting one of the openings of the arm by twisting the locking knob through it. The Loco model is additionally equipped with a function of changing the angle of the shoulder from 0 to 60 degrees. By selecting the right hole we set the angle and locking using a pin-lock. It allows exposure as a stand-alone form, stage design or multimedia installation. Viti stands can be used e.g. as: stage view, VJ or performer; a stand for a touch, display or gaming monitor; table or floor video element.
