Yilong International Centre Ofis binosi haqida

Yilong International Centre — Xitoyning Qingdao shahridagi ofis majmuasi. Ikkita minora quyi bino tepasiga o‘rnatilgan havo ko‘prigi orqali bir-biriga bog‘langan. Ko‘prik umumiy pavilon maydonini o‘z ichiga oladi va ikki minora o‘rtasida vertikal aylanma harakat konturini yaratadi. Bosqichma-bosqich orqaga chekingan platformalar landshaftga qaragan bo‘lib, natijada bino tarqoq tog‘lar guruhiga o‘xshab ko‘rinadi. Minoralarda beton karkasli yadro-quvur va karkas-siljish devor konstruksiyalari qo‘llangan, ko‘prik esa ko‘p fermali po‘lat konstruksiyadan iborat. Loyiha zich shahar hududini yaqin atrofdagi tog‘lar va dengiz bilan bog‘laydi.

Yilong International Centre Ofis binosi A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu ijodkorlik, zukkolik va topqirlik bilan ajralib turuvchi a’lo dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Bronza g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining keng tajribasi, tasavvuri va topqirligini tasdiqlovchi juda mohir va hayratlanarli darajada ijodiy buyumlardir. Yilong International Centre Ofis binosi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. Yilong International Centre Ofis binosi ehtiyojlarni go‘zal qondiradi, istaklarga tegadi, tuyg‘ularni maftun etadi va qiziqishni jalb qiladi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: From the perspective of "managing land and improving the city",the scheme adds an aerial bridge between the two towers,organizes the business form moving line with the concept of three-dimensional city,and forms a vertical complex ecological closed loop. In the face of the landscape,a retreat platform is added,making the building like a scattered mountain,winding up the secluded path,and the natural environment to achieve a “soft” connection,to achieve a harmonious coexistence.
O'lchamlar va qadoqlash: The total construction area of the project is 100071㎡,including 75,417 ㎡ above ground and 24,654㎡ underground.
Teglar: Office, The Cloud Pavilion, Super High Rise Building, Function Of Sharing, Energy Deck
Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: This project is a high level connecting body structure, in which the super high-rise office is a frame core tube structure, the high-rise office is a frame-shear wall structure, and the connecting body is located on the top of the high-rise office building.Floor and roof of all buildings are cast-in-place concrete beam and slab system.The connecting body adopts multi-truss steel structure, and the side of the super high-rise office building adopts rigid connection, and the side of the high-rise office building adopts sliding support.The floor of the connecting body adopts composite floor.
Dizayn muammosi: The biggest challenge in the design process of the project was the way the two towers were connected. Through constant research and comparison of model tests, we finally chose a way that was most conducive to the spatial design effect.The sufficient openness and sharing of the pavilion space in the cloud is what we want to present finally.
Tadqiqot: Yilong International Centre located in Huangdao District, east of Wuyishan Road and north of Changjiang Road, the city environment is relatively mature.The building faces the mountains and the sea around the site, and the images of rivers, forests, streams, valleys, rocks and peaks in nature are applied in the architectural language, creating a space with a harmonious transition between the high-density city and the natural landscape, like a landscape painting or a group of green bonsai.
Ilhom: Continuation of the city's original cultural context, the restoration of Oriental natural philosophy and wisdom of the classical city.Collage architecture in classical landscape painting.It brings traditional poetry into the city, reconstructs the symbiotic relationship between architecture and environment in the high-density and fast-paced area, and creates a future landscape artistic conception that gives people emotional sustension.Let "landscape" everywhere.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in August 2019 in the urban area of Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, and is currently underway.
Ish jarayoni: The site design divides the plot into low area office entrance square zone, high area office entrance square zone and urban commercial interface.The entrance square completes the traffic connection between the office and the city, and the setting and changing of the space.The urban commercial interface activates the connection between the whole project and the city.Different function entrances are set separately, with clear direction and clear system.
