Laguna 182 Turar-joy binosi haqida

Laguna 182 - Braziliyaning Santa-Katarina shtatidagi Itajai shahrida joylashgan turar-joy binosidir. Minora yigirma to'qqiz qavatdan iborat bo'lib, o'n to'rtta turli xil qavat rejasiga muvofiq joylashtirilgan qirq bitta kvartiraga ega, har bir qavatda ikkita kvartira mavjud. Egri va serbar chiziqlar fasadga shakl beradi. Konsol shaklidagi beton terastalar har bir qavatda o'z o'rnini o'zgartiradi, shu bois har bir kvartira o'ziga xos xususiy bog'ga ega. Tabiiy o'simliklar bino bo'ylab o'sib boradi. Materiallar tarkibiga beton, shisha, keramika, galvanizatsiyalangan po'lat, alyuminiy kompozit material va sertifikatlangan yog'och kiradi. Loyiha atrof-muhitga ta'sirni kamaytirish va jamoatchilik tuyg'usini qo'llab-quvvatlashni maqsad qiladi.

Laguna 182 Turar-joy binosi A' Design Award Kumush Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu go‘zal, ulug‘vor va ta’sirchan eng yuqori darajadagi dizaynlarga beriladigan favqulodda nufuzli e’tirofdir. Kumush g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining ajoyib mahorati, iste’dodi va o‘tkirligini ko‘rsatuvchi juda yorqin va o‘ta ijodiy asarlardir. Laguna 182 Turar-joy binosi ajoyib, namunaviy, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va chuqur innovatsion asar bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Kumush Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini kengaytiruvchi juda e’tiborga loyiq, tahsinga sazovor ixtirodir. Noyob xususiyatlar: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
O'lchamlar va qadoqlash: The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.

The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.

Ish jarayoni: The proposed design has the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, expand the sense of community and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, urban garden, conscious consumption, termo acustic confort, discharge correct and recycling with local cooperatives.
