The Jinmao Yueshan Sotuv markazi haqida

Jinmao Yueshan — Xitoyning Uxi shahrida joylashgan, umumiy maydoni 1300 kvadrat metrni tashkil etuvchi ko'chmas mulk sotuv markazidir. Interyer mahalliy madaniy elementlardan ilhomlangan yangi xitoy uslubiga amal qiladi. Rejalashtirishda sotuv maydoni old qismda, ish maydoni esa orqa qismda joylashtirilgan. Loyiha yaqin atrofdagi tog' va daryo landshaftidan, dzen falsafasidan, choy marosimidan hamda xattotlik san'atidan ilhom olgan. Marmar, kulrang yog'och qoplamalar, bronza-nержавеющая po'lat komponentlar, bej rangli teri, qo'lda chizilgan devor qog'ozlari va simli shisha asosiy materiallar hisoblanadi. Materiallar cheklangan byudjetga mos ravishda tanlangan.

The Jinmao Yueshan Sotuv markazi A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu ijodkorlik, zukkolik va topqirlik bilan ajralib turuvchi a’lo dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Bronza g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining keng tajribasi, tasavvuri va topqirligini tasdiqlovchi juda mohir va hayratlanarli darajada ijodiy buyumlardir. The Jinmao Yueshan Sotuv markazi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. The Jinmao Yueshan Sotuv markazi ehtiyojlarni go‘zal qondiradi, istaklarga tegadi, tuyg‘ularni maftun etadi va qiziqishni jalb qiladi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: This property sales office features new Chinese style with local cultural elements.
It is composed by sales space in the front area and the working space in the back area.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: The main materials include marble, gray wood finishes, delicate bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper, wire glass, etc. The original plan designed a landscape painting stone. Due to the high cost, a landscape painting in silk-screened glass replaced the stone. And it also achieved good results.
Dizayn muammosi: The main challenges are the adjustment in construction and short design period. It is a great challenge for the designers to work out a high quality construction drawings in a limited period of time. Due to the budget, the selection of material is also a challenge. To fulfill the task, the design team has divided the work reasonably and kept working on several weekends. Finally, the project has applied for high quality materials in a limited time and budget.
Tadqiqot: After communication with the client, the design team worked out and adjusted the layout to meet the needs of client. The finalized plan is the co-working of the both sides. After completion, the overall effect of project has surpassed the original design expectations; and the feedback from the owner was also very good; it was also regarded as a typical project in the area for related personnel to visit and learn.
Ilhom: The inspiration comes from three aspects: the local mountain and river landscape, the Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in November 2017 and completed in April 2018. It is located in Wuxi, China.
Ish jarayoni: After investigating the project site, the design team took advantage of the scenic spot "Doosan" and integrated the surrounding natural landscape into the project. The mountain, water and tea are the main design elements in the sales office, fully showing the local culture.
Jamoa a'zolari: GP Design
