Its base is handcrafted using a traditional sand-casting technique, revealing a distinct timeless quality and natural grain. The base is formed through traditional sand-casting to create the metal frame, integrating wireless charging modules and lithium battery packs internally. The cloud stone and metal structure are connected with hidden snap-fit fasteners, while all wiring is enclosed within the frame, seamlessly integrating functionality and aesthetics.
ڈیزائن چیلنج: The most challenging aspect of this design was balancing the substantial texture of natural cloud stone with the structural strength required for portability. To ensure the stability of the fragile stone during mobile use, the team conducted repeated tests and ultimately adopted a composite structure with a hidden metal frame and partial lining. This solution maintains the stone's visual integrity while meeting the mechanical demands of portable usage.
