The interface is prototyped and iterated through user testing, with focus modes, visual growth systems, and reward mechanics implemented to support sustained execution.

The design needed to support execution without control, encouraging momentum while respecting emotional resistance.

Research methods included interviews, diary studies, and usability testing. Participants were adults diagnosed with ADHD. Insights led to an execution-focused system emphasizing task decomposition, focus support, and adaptive feedback, demonstrating how behavior-informed design can reduce friction in everyday productivity.

If a task feels difficult, users can further split it into easier actions. While working on a task, if users feel stuck or want to stop, Pipgro recommends simpler tasks to preserve momentum. Afterwards, users review execution and emotion data, receive AI suggestions to improve future plans, and collect fruits to customize Pip, reinforcing motivation.
