Skyline Bay کمیونٹی سینٹر کے بارے میں
اسکائی لائن بے چین کے شہر چینگدو میں تعمیر کیا گیا ایک کمیونٹی سینٹر ہے۔ اس عمارت کا تعمیراتی رقبہ 920 مربع میٹر ہے اور اس کی دو منزلہ، دُہری بلندی والی ترتیب ایک نیم بند فضا تشکیل دیتی ہے جس میں پارٹیشنز تو موجود ہیں مگر مکمل علیحدگی نہیں۔ بیرونی سطح (فسیڈ) پر چاندی جیسی سفید ایلومینیم پلیٹ اور شیمپین گولڈ رنگ کی سوراخ دار ایلومینیم پلیٹ چڑھائی گئی ہے، جنہیں بہتی ہوئی خمدار لکیروں کی شکل دی گئی ہے جو تتلی کے پروں کی یاد دلاتی ہیں۔ یہ خمدار لکیریں عمارت کے اندر بھی جاری رہتی ہیں اور غور و فکر کے لیے پُرسکون گوشے تخلیق کرتی ہیں۔ اس ڈیزائن میں قریبی شاشی آبی گزرگاہ اور ویٹ لینڈ پارک سے تحریک لی گئی ہے اور یہ ساحلی جزیرے کے تصور پر مبنی ہے۔

- SkylineBay traces its roots to the new modern luxury residence architecture art and surpasses the imagination of traditional residence, creating a neo-modernism innovative luxury residence with a fearless spirit of subversion and breakthrough. It extracts the meandering and streamlined elements of Shaxi to the north side of the plot, integrates the inspiration of time and light, and uses the flowing lines as the main frame of the exhibition area.

- The construction area of the project is 920 square meters. The two-story double-height design forms a semi-wrapped space with partitions but no separation, bringing enormous charm.
