"پینٹ ہاؤس میں بنگلے کی شان" ایک رہائشی داخلی ڈیزائن ہے جو پونے، بھارت میں واقع ایک پینٹ ہاؤس کے لیے تخلیق کیا گیا، جس کا تعمیر شدہ رقبہ 3436 مربع فٹ ہے۔ پورے منصوبے میں قدرتی اور مقامی مواد استعمال کیا گیا ہے، جن میں نمایاں (ایکسپوزڈ) اینٹ، کوٹا ہوا تانبا، خام فولاد، قدرتی لکڑی، پالش شدہ اور بغیر پالش کوٹا پتھر، اور روایتی کپڑے شامل ہیں۔ ایک پچھوائی فن پارہ پوری ایک دیوار پر پھیلا ہوا ہے اور لکڑی کا ایک جھولا لیونگ ایریا کی پہچان بناتا ہے۔ مشرقی جانب عمودی فنز، تین منزلہ بلندی کا مرکزی حصہ اور اسکائی لائٹس روشنی اور سائے کو تشکیل دیتے ہیں اور کراس وینٹی لیشن میں معاون ہیں۔

- It’s not every day that you come across a house that makes you wonder if you’re really amidst the hustle & bustle of a city life!
The design reflect distinctive use of natural textures and palette ranging from beaten copper, traditional fabrics,polished & unpolished kota, exposed brick & concrete
The house gives a sense of liveliness and comfort, with a hint of moody tones here & there - ابعاد اور پیکیجنگ

- Natural & local materials like Exposed brick, beaten copper, steel with raw look, natural wood etc. have been used, to complement these we have used pastel to vibrant shades, traditional fabrics are used through out the house. It is an inward looking house. Along with aesthetics, in entire house light & shadows create different dramatic effects through out the day and year. Proper cross ventilation is ensured keeping the house airy all the time

- Since this is Penthouse, the other floors design was fixed, respecting the the structural designer who has already designed the entire building, we tried not to do any of the structural changes, yet east side fins, triple height central area, skylights and spatial planing of public area like living, dining, kitchen area is done

- The client is from Gujarati family, so his requirement was to have a home which reflects his way of living & lifestyle
The first thing that catches your eye is the Pichwai art that spans an entire wall,followed by a striking wooden swing, these local elements make space contemporary with the essence of Gujarati culture.
The entire east side of the house opens up by means of vertical fins, creating an aesthetic dance of shadow and light, whilst also it receives ample cross ventilation - پراجیکٹ کا دورانیہ
